Every Hearthline engagement begins with a short initial conversation — by phone or in person — to understand what a family or organisation is looking for. Nothing is assumed. We start from where you are, not from a standard intake form.
Sessions are conducted at our Ekkamai office or, for larger community programmes, at your workplace or community venue. All materials are prepared in advance and checked for accuracy. After each session, a printed summary is provided.
We do not offer personal advice or represent families in official processes. Our role is to make information more accessible — to explain, organise, and point the way forward.

Family Planning Information Sessions
A calm, plain-language session explaining how common household and family planning topics are generally organised in Thailand, and where official resources can be found. The focus is general understanding rather than personal advice. Suited to families wanting clarity during periods of change.
